05 · Intellectual domains
Each article must be assigned to one Legal Intellectual Domain.
The domain is selected according to the legal essence of the problem analyzed, not according to the author’s career profile or strategic preference.
State, regulation, administrative law, public international law, public policy, public procurement, public economic regulation, multilateral institutions and global governance.
Business law, corporate law, M&A, securities, capital markets, banking, fintech, financial regulation, antitrust, insolvency, corporate finance and commercial contracts.
Constitutional law, fundamental rights, constitutional guarantees, judicial review, due process, equality, freedom of expression, privacy and constitutional reasoning.
Artificial intelligence, data governance, cybersecurity, intellectual property, biotechnology, high-risk technologies, digital platforms and technological regulation.
Labor law, social security, consumer law, housing, unions, minority rights, collective rights, migration, family, environmental/ESG issues and social infrastructure.
06 · Domain selection test
Choose the domain where the legal problem truly belongs.
Which legal branch produces the controlling rule?
Which court line or authority governs the problem?
Is the center public, market, constitutional, technological or social-structural?
In another jurisdiction, where would this problem legally reside?
07 · Recommended structure

Identify the legal, conceptual, doctrinal or comparative frame.
Develop the reasoning through doctrine, case law, comparative law or applied legal method.
Build the thesis, inference or interpretive proposal.
Close with the legal implication, systemic consequence or original contribution.
